It’s leaving day.
After 3 months in Cyprus it’s time to go.
I am so ready for the next chapter.
I stayed pretty consistently in Cyprus, with a few short trips to other places (Italy, Jordan, Cyprus).
Over all, though, this place became home.
We (Brisket and I) have made amazing friends here. Family even. Brisket now has a German dad and a Greek dad 😂 who watched him in times when I was away.
The community here has really touched my heart. It’s gotten in me. I don’t know if the traveler/entrepreneur/digital nomad community is this special and amazing everywhere or if this little island has something magical happening on it…
I guess there is only one way to find out.
Off we go to the Canary Islands for the next month and then home to the USA until beginning of January.
We are going to pick up the pace a bit and see how that feels. A week in the north of Gran Canaria, a week in the south (with my American friend Jax coming to visit! Eeeep!) then 2 weeeks at a coliving space in Tenerife called Nine.
Mid December we will do a US loop – Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles to snuggle family and friends for the holidays.
And then I’ve got a one way ticket to Costa Rica booked for January 8th. No idea where we will go or how long we will stay. I’m leaving that up to the universe to decide.
Life is a practice of leaning into the unknown and trusting that it will be there to catch you.
